THE RETURN COSTS ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER

Proceeding with the purchase, the customer declares to have read and accepted all the conditions set out.

• The goods travel at the customer’s risk.
• The supplier is responsible only for manufacturing defects.
  Such defects are legally valid only if claims are sent within 15 days from the goods receipt.
  The supplier shall not consider himself responsible, if he is not informed in the a.m. terms.
• The delivery date will be accepted with an approximation of +/- 15 working days.
• The minimum quantity is 60 pairs for style end colour.
• The goods are despatched “ex works” if the order has less then 120 pairs (only for ITALY)
• In case of dispute the “Tribunale di Bari” has the authority to decide(Article 28 civil code), department Court are not admitted.
